A veteran, Mike Wiener began his professional career working as an independent real estate agent for RE/MAX from 1978 to 1991. After this time, Mike began working as an Independent Sales Representative for Cornerstone Marketing, where he sold individual health insurance for three years before being promoted to District Manager, and then later as Division Manager within the same year. The following year, Mike was again promoted to Regional Manager for Cornerstone Marketing before opting to start his own business with his wife, Gail. Together, they founded MGW Associates, during which he sold health insurance products to small and medium-sized businesses through an agreement with Independence Blue Cross of Philadelphia.
Mike then founded another company, Advanced Merchant Group, which built a book of business with a variety of processors that included First Data, Worldpay, NPC, and others. Within 20 years, the company managed several large clients such as Apple Vacations and Valassis. Mike eventually sold Advanced Merchant Group to Pay Tech Trust in 2021. Mike serves as a Managing Member of PaySuites and will use his business and merchant experience to ensure that the business is successful within the market.

Martin Wood serves as the company’s Managing Member and uses his over 30-year background in the payments industry to help lead the company. For 20 years, Martin specialized in medium to high-risk verticals and provided first-class service to clients, business partners, and team members. He has in-depth knowledge of sales, operations, and relationship management paired with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Martin began his career working for US Bancard from 1989 to 1999 as a National Sales Manager, after which he served as a National Sales Manager for Rand Bancard from 1999 to 2001. After this, Martin became President of Fast Transact from 2001 to 2006, and then later progressed to Executive Vice President of Century Payments from 2006 to 2010. He also served as Executive Vice President of Business Development for MeritCard for five years before presiding in his role as Managing Member of Jag-Payments since 2015.
